Kage Photography policies
*deposits are non-refundable
*no-call no-show results in a termination of work relationship
*refunds are only guaranteed from lost/damaged or stolen files or acts of god
*kage photography has the right to refuse work with anyone showing hostile or unacceptable behavior without refund
Cancelations
I understand how unpredictable life can be. I try to be as flexible as possible with my clients, kids get sick, emergencies happen. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, there may be a cancelation fee.
